Reporting to the Division manager, crew leads will provide onsite management and leadership over projects. The successful applicants will have experience in hard and soft landscaping, be self-motivated have strong leadership skills and possess strong problem solving abilities and able to get projects completed on time.

Qualifications:

• Solid landscape knowledge including but not limited to irrigation, plants, water features, rock walls, pavers and planting. Machine experience and strong working knowledge of landscape fundamentals required
• Good communication skills
• Strong planning ability
• Able to problem solve and execute
• Ability to lead a team
• Valid BC Driver’s license
• Drivers Abstract
